Used Rolex Black Dial Milgauss Ref 116400 Black Dial

Pre-owned Rolex Milgauss ref 116400 (2008 - 2009) helped revive the collection.  For those unfamiliar, the Milgauss debuted back in the 1950s and was discontinued for a while between the late 1980s and 2007.  When it came back to market, it did so under the ref. 116400 you see here. It's inspired by previous models, taking the smooth bezel from ref. 1019 and the lightning bolt seconds hand from inaugural models.  Initially, the watch was available with a black or white dial with a clear sapphire crystal. Rolex also added models with green sapphire, but this model opts for the classic clear sapphire. Aside from orange accents, it flies under the radar more than other variations.  Rolex discontinued the collection, yet again, back in 2023. We expect its value to continue to grow as fewer and fewer examples hit the market.
